At Change Grow Live we believe in supporting our service users to engage with services that support them with their recovery.   At the Recovery Café, we provide a safe and welcoming environment for our services users to come and chat to us and also become involved in the activities we have going on.

Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference. CGL Harm Reduction peer educators will be a great community asset and will complement the existing provision of overdose awareness and naloxone training. Under the scheme, Harm Reduction Peer Educators (HRPE) will make direct supplies of naloxone and Injecting equipment provision to individuals they have trained/educated using the CGL Supply Framework.

Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live.   For more than 15 years, Complementary Therapies - including Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology and Shiatsu - have been on offer to clients at some drug and alcohol services.  For those service users who are making a genuine effort to change their lives, a course of 6-12 sessions can play a significant role in their recovery process by supporting their well-being and self-esteem.
