Overview

Change Grow Live believe that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best.

Responsibilities

Volunteering as a Service User Representative will enable you to engage with the people who use our services. You’ll have a chance to listen to their thoughts, gather valuable feedback and truly make a difference in their experience. The feedback you receive will help us to enhance and shape our services.

We are looking for someone who understands the challenges faced by those who use our services and who enjoys listening whilst demonstrating compassion and empathy for others.

What You’ll Get Out of Volunteering

  • Personal Growth – Build confidence, learn new skills, share your expertise and gain hands-on experience in health and social care.
  • Career Development – Access training, gain insight into the sector, and boost your CV for future opportunities.
  • Make a Difference – Support people in their recovery and help create safer, healthier communities.
  • Flexible Opportunities – Fit volunteering around your schedule with a variety of roles available.
  • Join a supportive team – Work alongside passionate, friendly people who share your values.
  • Feel Valued – Your time and effort will be recognised and appreciated.

Whether you can commit a few hours a week or want to get more involved, volunteering with Change Grow Live is a rewarding and meaningful experience.
