We have an opportunity to volunteer on our IPS team.

 

Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live.

 

Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.

Would you like to join our growing team of volunteers, and make a real difference?

Responsibilities

We are looking for an IPS Volunteer to join our dedicated IPS team, supporting individuals on their journey towards achieving their employment goals.

 

In this role, you will work closely with participants to build their skills, confidence, and employability, helping them move towards sustainable and meaningful employment. Responsibilities may include facilitating drop-in sessions, providing job search information and guidance, and offering encouragement and practical support throughout their employment journey.

 

You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing guidance, and support to help you develop in the role and gain valuable experience.

 

This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of others while contributing to positive employment outcomes within the community.
