Join our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Central Team and play a vital role in ensuring service user voices are heard, valued, and embedded in service improvement across drug and alcohol recovery services.
IPS is an evidence-based employment support model that helps people move into meaningful, paid employment. This volunteer role supports the national IPS leadership team by collecting, collating, and sharing service user feedback and positive stories of work and recovery.
Responsibilities
As an IPS Service User Feedback Coordinator, you will work closely with IPS teams, service users, and central teams across the organisation. Your role will include:

Base location: Brighton (central office) – flexible working arrangements may be discussed
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS / PVG check
Volunteering hours will be agreed in advance
