Overview

We are looking for volunteers with  lived experience to help shape and improve Inspire services across Lancashire to help ensure service users are heard, listened to and involved in improving services.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

✔ Speak with service users and gather feedback
✔ Help collect Feedback in your local Inspire hub
✔ Support service users to raise concerns or suggestions
✔ Take part in staff and volunteer recruitment panels
✔ Attend meetings and share service user views
✔ Take part in Mystery Shopper visits
✔ Support Co-Production so lived experience shapes services

We are currently recruiting volunteers at the following Inspire services:

📍 Accrington Inspire
📍 Preston Inspire
📍 Chorley & South Ribble Inspire
📍 Skelmersdale Inspire
📍 St Annes Inspire
📍 Fleetwood Inspire
📍 Lancaster Inspire
