About the Role
CGL is committed to building a community that is supportive, inclusive, and free from stigma. As a Peer Mentor, you will use your lived experience of recovery to encourage others, offer a listening ear, and help people feel part of a positive, welcoming recovery community.
This is an exciting, fun, and meaningful opportunity. Peer Mentors help change lives—not through pressure or perfection—but simply by showing up with compassion, understanding, and authenticity.
The main criteria are simple:

👉 You understand the importance of having healthy boundaries
No formal qualifications needed. No pressure. Just people helping people.
