Overview

Volunteering with Change Grow Live in East Sussex is a great way to make a real difference in people’s lives whilst gaining valuable experience. Whether you want to give back to your community, develop new skills, or meet like-minded people, there are plenty of reasons to get involved.

Responsibilities

This is a new exciting role, as an Outreach Support Volunteer you will be working in close collaboration with our outreach workers, partner agencies, signposting individuals, empowering and assisting them to access relevant services. Advocating for them and supporting them to achieve their goals and make positive changes as well as managing expectations of all involved.
