Overview

As a Volunteer Administrator you will play a key role is supporting the service, ensuring all communication between staff, service uses and partner agencies runs smoothly, this includes answering calls and directing enquires.

 

You will be a valued member of the administration team supporting them in various administrative roles including, booking appointments, sending letters and general office duties such as photocopying, filing and scanning. 

 

As a receptionist at Change Grow Live you will strive to ensure our services are warm and welcoming, your role as receptionist is to be the first point of contact within the service greeting all our visitors promptly in a friendly and courteous manner.

 

Duties for the post include dealing with initial queries, coordinating appointments, sign-posting to support available within the service and the community.

 

On-the-job training will be provided – all you need is an organised approach and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Volunteers contribute to Change Grow Live in a variety of ways. From Admin Volunteers to Service User Reps, from Peer Mentors to Healthcare Support Volunteers, from Independent Visitors to Community Mentors each volunteer brings a unique set of skills and talents. We are incredibly grateful for all that volunteers do to support our service users.
