Overview

Change Grow Live believe that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best.

 

We are looking for people with lived experience who can will help us to engage with those who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run our services.

Responsibilities

An important part of the role is listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service, representing their views, and using their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services.

 

Contribute towards increasing feedback rates by promoting the range of different feedback opportunities that are available to people accessing services.You will help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback. As well as listening to people who access our services, you will also be working with Change Grow Live staff. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about ensuring that the voice of the service user is heard. We are happy to welcome individuals currently accessing our services to apply for this opportunity.

 

Supporting the wellbeing of those with lived experience is very important to us and we are committed to ensuring successful applicants are both ready for the responsibilities this role will involve, and feel valued and supported as a volunteer. To achieve this, during the recruitment process all applicants will need to demonstrate they have a strong level of stability in their recovery, and if successful will need to be open to working with us to create a personalised volunteering plan, that is focused on ensuring their wellbeing is prioritised throughout their volunteering journey.

 

You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
