We are seeking Punjabi speaking Family and Carer Support Volunteers.

You will be working closely with the Recovery Workers to identify those carers who may benefit from additional support.
You will take the lead on creating a support group, encouraging members to get involved and have a say in how the group can meet their needs.
You will be a positive role model to the group motivating, encouraging them to gain resilience to support themselves and their families
You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision, Reflective Practice / Clinical Supervision and have a Team member on site who you can approach for day-to-day advice and guidance.
