At S2S, we strive to ensure our hub is a warm and welcoming environment. Your role as a reception and admin support volunteer will be the first point of contact within the service to greet our visitors promptly in a friendly and courteous manner. Responsiblities include dealing with initial queries, notifying staff their client has arrived for an appointment, coordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community, record feedback from clients and various admin-type duties. We offer training and support to enable you to become confident in the role.
