Making the decision to enter treatment can be an intimidating experience for the people we support. You can make a difference.

 

As an Admin Support Volunteer with Change Grow Live, you will often be that first point of contact with our services can feel overwhelming to those coming into our service for the first time. Thus a polite manner and friendly demeanour is essential for this role, as well as good IT skills

Responsibilities

No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

 

We will support you in this volunteering role by ensuring that you receive regular supervision and have someone on site who you can approach for day-to-day advice and guidance. In return for the time, you give you will receive valuable training and gain experience and skills. You’ll be making a real difference too.
