Overview

We are seeking Service User Representatives.

 

Change Grow Live believe that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best.

 

In this role, you will help us to engage with the people who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have say in how we run services in North & Central Lancashire.

Responsibilities

Key Activities:

  • Engage with those who access our services, by listening to their views and asking for their feedback
  • Represent the views and opinions of those who access our services
  • Provide feedback and updates to those who access our services informing them of any changes and decisions.
  • Work with staff and community to improve and develop the service
  • Lead on service user meetings
  • Promote and encourage ongoing service development in a variety of different ways within the service and community.
  • Create a safe space for the people who access services to connect, be open and tell us what they honestly think and believe.
  • Be part of interview panels for new staff
  • Help to hear the voice of the underrepresented.
