We are currently seeking a Clinical Volunteer Administrator for the Drug and Alcohol Service in East Sussex.

As a Clinical Volunteer Administrator you will play a key role is supporting the clinical team with maintaining client medical interventions, ensuring all communication between staff and service uses runs smoothly. This role will include duties such as uploading/scanning blood borne virus test results onto client records on the database and liaising these results with the relevant staff member.

As a valued member of the administration team and may also be involved in supporting with other duties including, booking appointments, sending letters and general office duties such as photocopying, filing and scanning. On-the-job training will be provided – all you need is an organised approach and a willingness to learn.
